The process was straightforward. I made an error when I put in my redemption code. Within 15 minutes, I got a friendly e-mail stating that the redemption code didn't match and that I send a screenshot. Within 10 minutes of doing this, I got an e-mail with the appropriate links and product key. The installation was easy. I'd recommend this to anyone who want Microsoft Office functionality on their computer.
