I've used Groupon discounts at three laser treatment businesses in the past three years and this, by far, is the best, undoubtedly because it's a medical practice specializing in feet and legs. It was the most thorough treatment I've ever rec'd. Yes, they'll want you to return for follow-up visits, but they honor the original price of the Groupon, so it's not costing you an arm and a leg. It's more than worth it. I'm cheap, and when I arrived, I wasn't planning on coming back, but after receiving what they had to offer, there's no way I'm not keeping my next appointment.
The only downside is that they don't distinguish between those who are there for laser treatments and those who are there for a medical procedure such as foot surgery. Consequently, you're filling out a 4-5 page information sheet listing meds, surgical history, etc., etc., etc. Overkill to the nth degree. Since going the Groupon route, they need to come up with another intake routine for those who are receiving only the laser treatment, probably consisting of nothing more than their contact information. If, by chance, the customer "graduates" to anything of a more medical nature, that would be the time to escalate their paperwork. It's a complete waste of everybody's time (staff included) not to make this distinction.
