I purchased a voucher for bartending diploma and the process to redeem it was smooth and easy. Expert skills company provided me with instructions how to start the course, what are the necessary steps to complete the course and obtain the diploma . I like how the course is divided into sections so it’s easy to learn . I am quite happy with the process . Will use them again .

Fast, well designed for our annual training. Recommend that screens to get into classes be redesigned. We all had trouble. NOT user friendly for my young, or mature users. Make a red START button, in bigger font, so it is easy. My only negative.
