So far I only had one appointment and everyone was super nice. It was my first time getting laser and I was really nervous. Not only did it not hurt as much as I was anticipating, but I was walked through the entire procedure. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

Great experience! Scheduling was easy. Reception staff are professional. The space is clean and well maintained. Kristel was amazing!! Listened to what I wanted and very gentle but effective.
This is the best laser treatment in SF so far. I noticed that the hair was gone from the first treatment. They’re on time and the place is super clean. Planning on doing other areas here too.
