Excellent car wash every time!

From the time of booking, the receptionist, Liz, was very helpful and cheerful. Got a schedule date immediately, with no fuss. Showroom Auto Detail location is easy to find, on Colrorado Blvd, just off the 210, Lake exit. The reception area is very tidy and clean. Ou car came out gleaming without the strong chemical smell, a great bonus as an allergy sufferer. Their regular price is reasonable considering the quality service you get. Totally recommend going back!

Easy to contact, patient on the phone. Though on a first come, first serve basis for an oil change, (which I checked roughly an hour before coming in), thankfully, my car was in soon @ about 3pm. I asked Ignacio if they had a high-mileage synthetic blend that my groupon could be applied to, which they did & he could do for a reasonable added cost. After going with conventional oil (as recommended by a mechanic) on my last change where they used the thin grade (5W-20) recommended by Hyundai, I was alarmed by how soon the check engine light came on. Having over 100k mileage, adding a high-mileage synthetic blend (10W-40) helped. Ignacio recommended & used 5W-30 which I'm looking forward to seeing the difference. Having him change my oil before with either synthetic or a blend, I'm confident that being able to upgrade to the high-mileage will work better than trying to save a few bucks with conventional oil. And, they include a free car wash. Thanks!
