Only one drawback was only one cashier checking people in. Otherwise the experience is great. Had a good time but need more people getting people into the facility.

The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain important safety points. They offer climbing options for all levels, both kids and adults. The only thing I wish they had is vending machines that accept credit cards, currently they take cash only. And trust me, climbing will make you really thirsty, so come prepared!

Ever since this company came in & bought out the old owners our Theater has been the Best. The reclining seats, some even heated are amazing. The crew that works there are super Friendly & always Helpful. I go here all the time because of the comfortable atmosphere.

Took kids there and they played for hours in the Arcade. They had a lot of fun and the people were really nice.
