The appointment got pushed back twice, but once the worker showed up, everything was great. He was polite, fast, and cooperative. The job done was absolutely fantastic, and I am so glad I had it done. I had tried cleaning the grout myself with cleanser and a brush, but I just couldn't get it to look right. I am very, very pleased.
