Superb environment, with really knowledgeable fantastic instructors. If you’re thinking of a place to workout with some push. This is it! I live 30 minutes away, and it’s worth the miles put on my car haha.

The gym is perfect for beginners or for people like me who want to just be told what to do and how to do it without thinking! They have 10 "stations" and each station has a video that shows you how to do the workout.
