Nice, comfy atmosphere. Valya was kind and welcoming and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. It was quick and very minimal pain. I’m hoping to improve my skin tone over time.
The lady at the front office was very welcoming and accommodating. My nurse made me feel really comfortable and did a really good job with my glabellar lines. The clinic is very clean and well kept. They don’t push to up sell anything but do make reasonable and well-thought recommendations. I will be back.
All the ladies that work there are super nice and helpful. The Dr did my Botox injections (crows feet ) and he was very friendly and knowledgeable! Injections were quick with no pain and no bruising!
I am so happy that I chose Freeze the Fat Dr for my first time experience with Volux. They went out of their way to explain everything to me, took time and care during the injections and provided me with future discounts. I will be going back :)
