Of course I loved the savings, but I absolutely love the convenience of no appointments. And the Rookwood location in Cincinnati always, always gives excellent customer service. They're patient and helpful. They recommend services I've not thought about but I've never felt pressured to make additional purchases. Greatly appreciated by this customer.
