An awesome class filled with yummy stretches and strengthening moves done to a great mix of music. Left feeling lighter and taller.

Get there early, where tights- or at least a tight shirt to see your posture, and arm movement- ditto for the legs. I wore a t-shirt and it was hard to see if I was getting the movement. I had so much fun! I would definitely recommend. I would have never found this gem, thanks Groupon!
