The Apple Tech at Baillios was the rudest person I've met since moving to Albuquerque 10 months ago. He may have been having a bad day (I watched him snap at a coworker) but if so, grow up. After my experience, a friend said Baillios is notorious for rude, unprofessional service. I will never set foot in there again.
