Service was great, technician who helped was great. However, buyer be ware: We bought Cool Sculpt for “one area” valued at $800 for $600, seemed like a good deal. When we finished the service, the Jr front desk clerk said she would apply our Groupon to the service, however she charged a total of $900, and only offered to give us credit for $450 of it, claiming we did “two applicators” on “one area” and each area is $450.
