At Tong Dragon Mixed Martial Arts’ 4,300-square-foot facility, students of muay thai, Brazilian jujitsu, and mixed martial arts train under the watchful eyes of expert instructors. Classes combine technical training with physical conditioning for kids as well as adults of all skill levels. In the fully equipped gym, students can pound on 10 different types of training bags—including uppercut bags, sandbags, and muay thai heavy bags for advanced bear-hug training—and practice sparring in the boxing ring or MMA cage.
