This was a terrible experience! When I went to redeem my first car wash, I was told the owners changed and they couldn’t take the voucher.

well...I know it was my fault letting the voucher expire, but I thought I'd read that the purchase price would never expire. Tried to use it and they declined the voucher stating they changed management and no longer honored Groupon. Groupon traded my purchase amount to Groupon dollars. So I'm happy with Groupon not with Ultimate Car Wash.

Not responsible for damages --would encourage everyone to monitor the vehicle ahead of them before entering. Bit of a hassle to pull in and get the gift card but it's a good value and a good car wash -- good luck! Thank you Groupon...
