The car was not waxed. Came back dirty. The owner denied he did not properly clean or wax our car. The owner didn't care that we would never return to his business.

My car looked nice when I picked it up but it didn't look any better than a $15 car wash I would get any where else. For $99 I was supposed to get a detail job including a hand wax. The car was clean but I doubt if it was waxed. When I wax it myself it really shines. I tipped $40. So, for about $140 I got a vacuum and wash. I will not use this business again and I definitely do not recommend it.

We took the car in and on the way home found a goldfish cracker, lollipop stick and a whole lots of dirty places unattended. When we brought the car back for them to fix it, it was still filthy. You can't tell because you pick up the car in a very dark garage.
