Expect a really intense workout--I thought I was in shape (I swim 3x a week and take a yoga class and a pilates class--each once a week--through another establishment). I am no where near as in shape as I had expected myself to be--this class really kicks your behind, but in a good way.

Jessie was the instructor and she was easy to follow. I liked the fact that she remembered the names of myself and two other first timers in her class. She went out of the way to make sure everyone was positioned correctly.
