First of all, the woman who provided the actual services was very nice. That is the only good thing I have to say about the experience. Putting my feet into a bowl on the floor and then putting them into her lap while sitting in an uncomfortable position while she does by pedicure is something you couldnt pay me to do again. She said it is more sanitary than the pedicures with the massaging chairs where your feet are in water that stays warm, with jets, and then the person providing the services is sitting BELOW you so you are not lifting your feet onto someones lap. Sorry, I will go back to the "unsanitary" bowls anytime. My manicure was also very uncomfortable because I was sitting BELOW the gal and my are felt like it was going to come out of the joint. I told her this and she said this is the way they do it. Selection of polish was terrible. When I left the gals doing the hair made a snide comment "enjoy your magazines" which I think was to mean I was taking their magazines home with me. Sorry ladies, I brought two People Magazines in with me and took them home with me. Very very unprofessional to talk to a customer like that. Horrible experience.

Pedicure was awkward in the regular chair -- need good pedicure chairs. Also not real friendly.
