The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was my first time using their services and first time with an infrared sauna so I was a bit unsure of everything but they were so welcoming that it put my mind at ease. If there were showers and water available I would give 5 stars.

Elicia was awesome. The infrared sauna is a great way to get a sweat on. Great to detox and to do active recovery after intense workouts. The place is real clean and it's relaxing. There is no shower so there's that. There is plenty of towels and maybe bring some wipes. You will continue to sweat long after you get out
