My groupon expired and they were unable to scan the barcode for payment, although the groupon says it never expires. Great to run out energy for the kids, tv and comfy chairs for adults

On a weekday, not too busy so no excuse for any of this. No supervision in play areas, employees congregate at the desk. Signs posted on houses saying no entrance without adult supervision, but you don't provide any. Big kids running & chasing each other in & out of the bounce houses designated for under 3. My granddaughter was repeatedly shoved & knocked down. I was slammed into by kids running too! Finally I crawled into the bounce house & another mom with little ones guarded the bottom of the slides so our kids could safely play. I picked up dirty tissues, paper towels, etc. in the bounce houses. Socks & hands were filthy, doesn't appear that the bounce houses get sanitized regularly.

had a great time. staff was friendly and very helpful! I brought my neice and nephews, the youngest is 1, & even he had his own section to play. great time and didn't break the bank
