I purchased 6 laser hair removal treatments for my underarms. I went for my 1st treatment and checked in the mirror in my car, and I could see that they treated the correct area (i.e, the center of my underarm, where the dark, dense hair grows.) However, after my 2nd treatment, when I checked the car mirror, it was obvious (b/c you can see the red spots) that the treatment was NOT in the center, where my dark, dense hair is growing... It was "all around the outside" of the center area. Of course while I was being treated, I could not appreciate that she was basically making a RING ALL AROUND my hair growth and I took a photo of the ridiculous treatment Since I had another appointment to go to, I left but immediately emailed them from home AND SENT THE PHOTO, and they agreed to REPEAT the treatment (which ended up being in the correct area) However, perhaps 10 days later, when I showed up for my next treatment, I got a different technician whom had not treated me previously, but I chose NOT mention my previous experience (I didn't want to be argumentative, and I figured they wouldn't try to pull that agin, since they knew I was savvy & the need to REPEAT my previous treatment was documented in my chart) However, as soon as I got in my car I looked in the mirror, and it was the SAME ridiculous treatment: she treated the skin where NO HAIR was growing, and basically a big CIRCLE AROUND the central area where the dense, dark hair grows. So I took ANOTHER PHOTO (again, while you are being treated, you can't tell that they are not going where the hair is!) And this time I walked right back in and showed the tech my under arm... She agreed that she missed the WHOLE HAIR GROWTH and RETREATED the correct area immediately. I think the bottom line it: they give you one "appropriate" treatment so you see an initial result, and the rest of the treatments are bogus treatments (and/or they adjust the laser settings so that even if the treatment is in the it is ineffective) so that you purchase more packages.

Nice atmosphere, calm and clean. Kathy was great. Would recommend.
