It made me feel very uncomfortable that the waxing gal was complaining about Groupon customers so much and how they are just bargain hunters... they come and go... and do nothing for the business... when indeed I was there on a groupon promo!!! Eeek. I won't be back, too rough around the edges. I expect more at a salon. Sorry.

I was very pleased with the service i received from Jennifer at the salon. She was very experienced and willing to go out of her way to assist in meeting my goals for my hair. She went above and beyond by calling the day after services to ensure i was completely happy with the result. I have never had anyone do that it the past and i really appreciated that.
