The space was incredibly well organized and decorated. This made the atmosphere very inviting! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and was personally interactive with everyone in the class. As a fellow fitness instructor and personal trainer, I'd highly recommend this space to anyone looking for an energetic upbeat workout.

All the staff were so amazing and welcoming! Would do this again in an instant!! I can’t recommend the Bar Method Boulder enough!! Some of the ladies I spoke to there had been doing barre for over 8 years! I can see why! An amazing place to learn and get fit!
