Very poor customer service First we tried calling several times and leaving messages to schedule an appointment as required by the terms of the Groupon purchase Never received a call back Finally got ahold of them and scheduled an appointment They had limited appointments available so she took one and rearranged her schedule to be there When she arrived she was informed that their machine was down and would be down for some time No call was made to let us know even thought it was obvious that this had occured much earlier in the day and they knew it would be out of service for some time We made subsequent calls to find out if the machine was back up We setup another appointment and when my wife arrived, she was told that there would be an hour wait because their were several walkins in front of her What is the point of the appointment then? She couldn't wait an hour because of her schedule so she had to leave They couldn't take an appointment for her to return at that time and was told that she would have to call back to schedule another appointment We finally got the appointment scheduled and the inspection completed However we will never ever go there again We had friends who we relayed this experience to and they told us they had similar ordeal with All-Star Wish we would have talked to them before

Very SLOW service. 3 cars in shop 7 people standing around 1 hr 30 minutes just for safety and emissions...
