Was able to get a same day appointment. Office staff were kind and efficient. Laser genesis was pretty painless, feels like a light static shock and nurse was knowledgeable and gentle. Received an unexpected mini facial from the esthetician which was an added bonus. It’s been a couple days and I can already see an improvement on my dark spots. Definitely would recommend.

I really enjoyed this place, it was by appointment only, so it was never really too busy. They are extremely attentive, and friendly. Although there was a ton of upselling, and I didn't get what the groupon was for, I had opted for other options, or packages they offered. I must say though, I am extremely happy with the results of my skin. I feel like they truly cared about me actually seeing a change, and difference in the texture and coloring. I have old deep acne scarring, that is finally improving thanks to the help of their techniques. I wish I could buy more, but I'm not sure how much they might charge? The groupon says 90 days, and I'm hoping to go back then, or call and try to get in for another treatment. If youre hesitant about this place, honestly dont be. Some people complain that there is a slight language barrier, which there is a little- but their performance in skincare is phenominal.

If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true. I paid for nothing. It's a complete waste of time.

How I ended up at Lotus was through a Groupon purchase. They've always treated me great here. They keep records so you know what you've had done over time. I always feel good after my treatments.
