The massage was the worst I have ever had! The girl (don't know her name, had blonde hair and glasses) practically beat me up. I asked her to use lighter pressure and she didn't listen. The head rest on the table was broken so my head kept slamming down and the girl didn't even apologize or try to make me more comfortable. There was no music or sound machine and I could hear the people in the next room getting pedicures. I will never go back to this sorry excuse for a "spa!"

They need a bit more customer service skills & a less tense atmosphere. The relaxed ambiance & feeling welcomed is a big part of the spa experience. They seemed stressed & preoccupied.
