Went to the beginner class and it was incredible! I never thought I would be able to do these positions so soon but they have amazing and supportive teachers there!

How absolutely sublime this was! It was such a pure joy to be instructed by Kim! We received beginners instructions on the silks, the hammock, the hoop and the trapeze as well as a stretch all in just under an hour. I will absolutely be back!

This the most fun that I have ever had working out. I got the one-month membership and tried a few different courses and I loved every one. I've decided to continue training with them!
