About Riviera Restaurant and Lounge

At Riviera Calabasas, chefs draw from local, seasonal ingredients to create dishes inspired by Italian, French, and Spanish cuisine. They even add Asian and South American twists. The result is a menu that features recognizable pillars, such as pasta, steaks, and fish, decorated with delicious flourishes. Chefs coat tender fillets of Scottish salmon in a crisp potato crust, garlic-infused lobster sauce, and vegetables that are seasonal. And Riviera Calabasas brings plenty of class to the table: white linens drape tables, and earth-tone walls reflect the warm yellow light of fixtures hanging over black-and-white booths in the carpeted dining area.

A full bar showcases wines by the glass, imported and domestic beers, cocktails, and cordials. The Riviera Calabasas team doesn't neglect its guests' health concerns, either—its alternate menu catalogs a slate of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options.

The service and ambiance are terrific. The food was very good. Well, 4 out of 5 courses. Unfortunately, the main course was not.

The five course tasting menu with cocktail pairings was wonderful! It made a perfect special occasion dinner for us. The setting was lovely as well!

Good food! Pricey! I brought my 16y/o daughter who was required to have the tasting menu at $85--with no alcohol--no discount for that. They give you lots of alcohol with the 5 course pairing menu. Unfortunately, I went with lightweights, so the vast majority of that alcohol was wasted. They add on a 20% mandatory tip which they deserve--excellent service.$201 bill at the end. Pricey & Wasteful
