A perfect evening at ZuZu! starts off with tapas and mazza - maybe some sumac rock shrimp, or black olive pate and labenah. Then comes the main course: tender pork loin entree with vinegar-BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes and seared spinach with bacon; or the vegetable tofu tagine with seasoned vegetables and savory sauce, which received a tip of the cap from Boston Magazine: "With a group? ZuZu!'s Pu Pu Platters offer an wonderful assortment of goodies: Try the platter with grape leaves, spinach dumplings, empanadas, brik, kibbeh mishi, choice of chicken, lamb, or beef kebabs, hummus, baba ganooj, harissa and whipped garlic. (A vegetarian option is available). For dessert, it's chocolate baklava sundae with ice cream. Settle your stomach with after-dinner cordials, then wait for the dance party with ZuZu!'s great beer and extensive cocktail offerings. Mojitos and Sidecars are popular, but we prefer the Espresso Martini with Stoli Vanilla, coffee liquor and Bailey's."
