This was a terrible experience. My entire shirt was soaked from the shampoo bowl and carelessness of the stylist. Her acrylic nails needed to come off. My hair got caught underneath her nails during the shampoo. The worst part was the eyebrow wax. She removed all but a tiny line of my eyebrows, and now my eyebrows do not even extend long enough over my outer eye. I look ridiculous. My eyebrows will not grow back from this hack job. She was supposed to "trim" my hair by 2 inches, and she cut at least 6-8 inches. My hair was really long (mid-back), and now it is just below my shoulders. She was rude to me when I was visibly upset about my eyebrows. I wish I had not gone to this salon.

I'm sorry u feel thay way but to be honest I think u would have reacted the same no matter what I would have done...i take my job seriously and do amazing work and love my clients but some people are just in happy with themselves for anyone reading this comment please check my work out on Facebook Novell's Hair Design. I also showed u the wax the strip where there was barely any hair.
