First,let me say that was a bad experience. I made it an appointment for a 60 minute massage and one 30 minute Biomat session as the groupon advertised. The owner ( Jo ) called me at 7:30 in the morning ( my appointment was at 11:00 am) and cancelled my appointment, and said she would be in touch. I had not heard from her for a month, so I called her and left a message. Three days later she called and I made an appointment for the following week at 1pm. I was late for my appointment ,but didn't except her to go over my appt. time. By 1:43 she said my appointment was over. She was rude and unprofessional. I would like my money back!
