EPO Beauty—formerly Lovely Lashes—is located inside a private room within CoArt Hair Studio, where certified eyelash expert Sonya Chi applies premium faux lashes with tremendous attention to detail honed across 13 years in the beauty industry. After training and earning her hairstyling license in Chicago, Chi rode Windy City gusts all the way to North Carolina, carrying with her a passion for unveiling and enhancing her clients' inherent beauty. Choosing from a large selection of synthetic and silk lashes of various lengths and widths, Chi carefully adds volume and drama to lids using the technique (individual, stacking, or bridging) that best suits each client's needs. Since extensions are typically shed with the natural lash, Chi recommends touchups to help extend the life of enhanced lash lines and to keep eye fringe looking full and healthy until lids blossom again in the spring. Chi directs her expertise above eye-level as well, consulting with clients in search of wigs and wig-styling advice.
