They actually have a shower - nice- and bring a bathing suit for the sauna. It was nice. It would have been nice knowing this before I went I would have been better prepared.

I specially requested to relieve the inflammation due to muscle soreness, and she suggested Lymphatic drainage massage. I decided to go with it despite my skepticism. What I got is not a Lymphatic massage; rather a run-of-the-mill, mediocre massage, and I still left with all my knots & aches. Won't go there again.
