The laser removal specialist did a great job of explaining the process to me and was also very friendly! The man at the front desk was also friendly and could answer any questions. I'm very happy with this business.

There is very limited appointment availability and the inside of the business is very dark and dreary due to all of the dark (black) paint colors. The staff is friendly.
