What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Although we run a full service portrait studio, outdoor photography is also a pretty big part of our day-to-day work. The outdoors are a little more relaxed and laid back than our typical studio environment, so we find it works perfectly for families, high school seniors, even maternity portraits.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I love seeing a cool landscape and imagining taking pictures of a family or a senior getting ready to graduate and go off to college. It's the creativity that keeps me inspired to keep making art.

What do you love most about your job? I love working with people. Telling them jokes, making them laugh, hearing their stories. I feel lucky to be part of such a special moment in people's lives and knowing they will enjoy my portraits 20 or even 30 years down the road is an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Probably the best reaction is when a client tells me they almost feel like I am a part of their family. I'll see someone out in public and their toddler wants to run over and give me a hug because they had such a good time being my model for the day.
