Treatments and were fine. Haven't been able to make an appointment for my final session, as the telephone is never answered and no one ever returns my calls. I leave my phone number and name and say I want to make an appointment, but calls never returned.

Very bad at answering the phone and never return calls. You have to keep calling in order to set up an appointment and even when you do get through, the earliest you can get an appointment is weeks later
