I attempted to contact Shokran Moroccan Restaurant after I had a bad experience dining in. I never got a response or anything. They charged us an 18% gratuity fee. It was just me and 1 guest. I remember clearly reading on the back of their menu that an 18% gratuity fee would be added to parties of 4 or more. Our very pregnant waitress was not very friendly. She looked like she was ready to go into labor and didn't even ask us if we wanted drinks. We waited almost a whole hour for our food. I ordered the salmon dish that had numerous amounts of bones in it. I will never eat there again. Not even if they paid me and I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone I know!
