Very few stylists at State Street Barbers on Wells St. participated in the Groupon. As a result, I tried to redeem it several times for the money I paid for it but the hostess could not figure out how to do it using their computer system. With two days left before it expired a non-participating stylist finally agreed to allow me to redeem my groupon for a haircut after I complained. I've been going to State Street Barbers for several years because I like my stylist, but if my stylist went somewhere else, I would not continue to go to State Street.
