Terrible with email and phone replies. Took them more than 1 week to confirm my groupon number and I had to call a couple of times before they emailed me back to let me know that classes are full. Still waiting for them to respond to schedule classes

We went to the mommy and me class and my child loved it. We had a terrible time trying to get ahold of anyone in the front office to set up our first class. I emailed several times, called several times with no response. Once I finally got through via phone, the gal told me to call her back because she was going to forget to schedule my first class. So I complied because they already had my money, and I called the next day and guess what, nobody answered. It was so frustrating dealing with them. We finally got into the class and showed up the first time and they acted like they didn't know we were coming. Cogua aquatics is totally disorganized. We will not be going back.

Several calls made and they don't return your calls. Still have not booked a swim lesson. What a scam this place is,

They don't answer the phone. Take forever to respond. And got overwhelmed w the groupon offer...
