They charged me a product fee that was needed to process the highlights although the description of the groupon didn’t disclaim that kind of a charge. I was very disappointed

Very nice but not exactly the color I wanted. First time trying the balayage and a little disappointed. I told the stylist I wanted to go darker and don’t feel that my hair looks different than it did before.

Had a great experience at the salon. I called when I arrived, they called with in 5 minutes to tell me to come in. The highlights come out so good. I loved it.. I will go back for my haircuts.
