The service was horrible. The groupon was not honored at outlined. At least four sandwiches that were on the coupon were not honored or substituted. When the server brought the food she threw it on the table, knocking the fries into the water and on the table, which was unfortunate because the table wasn't cleaned from the last customers. The fries were not replaced. Also, after waiting for shakes for over an hour, we were told (all six of us) that they ran out of ice cream. The experience was horrible and the manager still used my groupon!!!!!!!!!!
The manager did make time to complain that the deal was made with groupon two managers ago. Please some educate this place and understand how to honor an agreement, service customers, and problem solve.
