The service was so bad that I only redeemed 1 of the 3 oil changes that I bought. I have no intention of redeeming the other 2. I made an appt. and still waited at the dealership for 3 hours. That is ridiculous. And I don't believe they rotated the tires which was part of the groupon. When I asked about it, they said it would be another hour to rotate the tires. 3 hours to change the oil and 1 hour to rotate tires. No thank you. I drive a Toyota and from now on I will drive to the west side Toyota for all my maintenance needs.
