Loved it. Front desk was unstaffed at times, but that was the only thing. The wife loved tea time!

Food was pricey. Very, very good food, but with all the options in Stowe, it can be difficult to justify for more than one night.

The cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet my expectations. The water was brown when I first ran it, there was a spiderweb in the corner of the tub area, there was a tile out of place, and a long hair in the tub. The tip for housekeeping was automatically added to the bill which I have not experienced before. It was added in such s way that it was unclear how much they housekeepers were getting. We were unaware that this charge was going to be applied and left a cash tip in the room after check out so then had to return to the room (two buildings from the front desk) to retrieve it.
