Glow Fitness Bootcamp
Classes at Glow Fitness Bootcamp are never canceled due to the weather. That’s because they’re all held inside the boot camp’s clean, spacious studio. Atop hardwood floors and workout mats, clients engage their cores and limbs through fast-paced 45-minute sessions that use workout tools such as body balls, dumbbells, and trampolines. Trainers guide and motivate clients through each rep and set, keeping them safe from injury by demonstrating proper form and equipment use.
