Horrible. Back 3 times as the "tech" couldn't get the tint to stick on rear window. He had a bad attitude, to put it nicely. They had difficulty scheduling, then no answer as I called back. Went there, out of business. Now I am screwed as my back window needs to have the tint removed, the glue removed, and a new piece of tint installed. Fun, huh?

We had to take the care three times. On the appt date they were not able to finish all windows despite having the car all day. We reschedule but noticed that one of the completed windows's film had a cut. They had to redo it and complete the rest. Once they were all done we notice it was done very sloppily & the guy helping said it was because windows on some cars not rolling up/down straight. While it's valid for older cars, the excuse didn't fly with my car, a 2012 with less that 20,000 miles. We had to roll down the 3 windows to show him & he still refused to fix it. Finally, we got a hold of the owner who agreed to fix it: Visit #3. Overall more frustrating than it needed to be.
