The massage therapist was good but the owner has failed to pay there bills. A lot of people have lost there Groupons and Gift certificates because the company was shut down. I feel sorry for those people that worked there, very bad way to conduct business.

First it took 2 months to schedule. The atmosphere was rather dismal. The room was near a storage room or something since there was much pass-thru traffic.The manicurist appeared to be inexperienced or just not confident. My nails did not look professionally done. Torn pieces of paper were used as toe separators...not toe spacers. The hands and feet were NOT massaged, just patted and rubbed. During pedicure bottom or side of my feet were not sluffed with a pumice stone. The nail was not buffed or smoothed resulting in small lumps in the polish.and some nails not completely painted.over the entire nail. No dryers. I left a generous tip since I used a Groupon and I knew I was never going back.

THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY, TOO MANY EMPLOYEES HANGING AROUND THE DESK AND NOT ANSWERING CUSTOMER'S CALLS, THERE WER NO LISCENSE'S POSTED AT THE MANICURE/PEDICURE STATION,WHEN I GOT THERE, THE EMPLOYEES WERE IN THE CHAIRS, ALL "KICKED-BACK" AND ON CELL PHONES!!! THE WORST SALON EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!
