Patrice is very friendly, personable, and professional! She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and ready as it is painful. I'd like to make a few suggestions though: 1. When you remove the hair, place your hair over the area to minimize the pain. 2. Remove hair on the belly trail and upper thigh (right outside the bikini area) as other waxing places I've been to using do that.
