The salon was not the norm for a proper nail salon...the girl used a big silver bowl with warm water (for my feet) rather than a proper foot bath. She was very sweet but it was the least professional nail polishing I've ever had done. I am terrible at polishing my right hand as I have no left hand capabilities but would have done a better job than she. I went home and almost immediately removed the polish. Again, she was very sweet while she did the service, but at the end became hurried as she "had some place to be." Not a good experience...I would not go back.

I felt the technician wasn't prepared for me. Also some of the techniques were not what I had had in previous experiences with pedicures and manicures, and not in a good way.

Alli and all of her family are great! Super professional and do a great job but the new woman they hired is awful . She has a bad attitude and doesn't do good work
