The only thing I would take points off for would be the bathroom in the Spa side. The toilet was filthy and a total turn off. It made me wonder how clean IS everything else?

The staff was very unfriendly. Groupon or not we are still paying customers. The whole point of the Groupon is to get people into the salon so you can convert them to frequent customers. The secretaries were very rude and not personable at all. Only the employee who did my facial was outgoing and upbeat.
