Purchased $550 groupon for laser skin tightening, origlally a $1200 value. Was told during consult, this was "low end" and encouraged to trade up to another type of treatment, when asked if I could use the groupon towards something else, they said yes, but for less than face value, because they had already lost money to groupon and that would have to be deducted and what was remaining could go towards the other options. I will proceed with my "low end" purchase as I can not get my money back, but feel treated as low end for presenting a groupon for services. The groupon is a means of cohersing clients into something far more expensive and/or in my case, made to feel so bad about being a "low end" customer, I felt like I had to add ala carte options on to this package in hopes of better service when I go in for my first facial next week
